Crow’s Nest has seven bedrooms and two bathrooms
that can accommodate up to 13 people.

There are some boats and a swimming raft. Family owns a club tennis court.

Less than 3 hours drive from Boston. Approx. 20 minutes from Brunswick, ME and 40 minutes from Portland, ME.

 

Costs for overnight stay and meals:
$100*/weekend and holiday night, $90*/weekday night. Includes three meals.
1/2 price for children under age 16. $15/night for children under age 7. Nursing children free.

Kripalu yoga classes offered by certified Kripalu yoga instructor Ben Cohen

during the weekend of August 13th

suitable for all levels as each class will offer modifications to accommodate individual needs.

Three classes will include similar aspects, but with emphasis as follows:

Saturday morning, 8/14, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Sun salutation emphasis

Saturday early evening, 8/14, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Moon salutation emphasis

Sunday morning, 8/15, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Warrior Salutation emphasis

Classes may be purchased individually for $15, or as a package of three for $35.

Ben Cohen is a certified Kripalu yoga instructor and has been teaching yoga in the Boston area for the past 18 years.

His Kripalu yoga classes allow students to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and deep relaxation while honoring their needs and limitations. Ben also teaches workshops in yoga anatomy to help students better understand the skeletal and muscular effects of yoga and how to optimize their practice. Ben is a certified personal trainer and holds a master of arts degree in counseling psychology. He offers workshops on the Inquiry process developed by Byron Katie, and on the Integral model developed by Ken Wilber.

OngKi Nada Yoga, Wellness through Sound, is a powerful energy balancing system using the power of sacred sound, which was developed by Gandiva.


Through the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Healing Gongs, Conch Shell and Long Horns, Gandiva will be creating a blend of ancient, stirring and moving sounds, allowing us to experience the opportunity to center, focus and clear any energy blockages from daily or accumulated stresses.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket as well as a crystal, water (jug or bottle) or anything you would want to charge with the healing energy of sound.

During a one-hour individual sound healing session, Gandiva will provide energy balancing using the Healing Gong and Tibetan Singing Bowls, activating and clearing energy blockages that build up in the energy field through daily or accumulated stresses. He will also use systematic laying on of hands, and bring about a complete harmonizing of your energy field.
